The bike is a cross between an upright and recumbent bike, however there is no seatback to lean back against. The pedals are so far forward, you are pushing them away from your body to some extent. Also, because of the forward pedal position, it is very difficult to get full range of motion (ROM) without being uncomfortable, especially with the extra wide seat.

The tiles are great. They were installed over 1 x 1 tiles on top of concrete. They provide a mid-level range of cushion. They are definitely not TOO soft, but are not hard… if that makes sense. The only reason they are not a 5 star is because they are slightly slick on the surface; socks, bare feet, etc. are all slightly slick. Other than that they are great!

Took me a few tries to get my position right but once I did I knew it was working my core. The only thing I didn’t like is that the base occasionally makes a strange popping noise but it didn’t interfere with the functionality of the item. I did find that the massaging parts were not very comfortable on my bare feet but I have sensitive feet, so I expected it and if I ware shoes this is not a problem.

This actually assists your sit-up so you can do the proper motion even if you are weak. That way you don’t try an use your neck and hip flexors just to get through the motions. Same with the push-ups- resting your thighs on this takes just enough weight off your arms and abs so that you can do a proper push-up (which require a lot of core strength). This push-up works more core muscles than you could from just doing push-ups with your knees on the ground. My abs have been really sore the last couple days.
